[שם בעל האתר / שם החברה] רואה חשיבות בכך שכל אדם, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלות, יוכל להשתמש באתר Mikeoke בעצמאות ובנוחות. האתר מפותח ברוח חוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ותקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.
2. רמת הנגישות
האתר נבנה במטרה להתאים לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 (חלק 1: נגישות תכנים באינטרנט), המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG, ברמה AA, בהתאם לתקנה 35 לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013. [לבדיקת עו"ד ומבקר נגישות: גרסת התקן, והאם האתר חייב בהנגשה או פטור ממנה]
חשוב לדעת: ההצהרה מבוססת על בדיקה עצמית שנערכה על ידינו. טרם בוצעה בדיקה על ידי מורשה נגישות מוסמך, ולכן איננו מצהירים על עמידה מלאה בתקן. אנחנו מתכננים ביקורת חיצונית ונעדכן הצהרה זו בהתאם לממצאיה.
3. התאמות שבוצעו
ניווט מלא במקלדת: Tab ו-Shift+Tab, Enter או רווח להפעלה, וחצים בין לשוניות. מקש Esc יוצא ממצב במה ומדלג על מסך המעבר.
קישור "דלג לתוכן" בראש הדף, מבנה כותרות ואזורי עמוד, ומסגרת מיקוד ברורה.
תוויות לכפתורים ולשדות, ותמיכה בקוראי מסך. הודעות מצב מוכרזות בצורה מושמעת, ומסך המעבר בין שירים מוכרז פעם אחת בלי הקראה חוזרת של כל שנייה.
כיבוד ההעדפה "הפחתת תנועה" של מערכת ההפעלה: האנימציות במסך המעבר הופכות להופעה עדינה והספירה ממשיכה. אפשר גם לכבות אנימציות בהגדרות האתר.
סידור התור בגרירה זמין גם באמצעות כפתורי "למעלה" ו"למטה".
חלונות אישור והזנה בעיצוב האתר ולא בחלונות הדפדפן.
4. מגבלות ידועות
נגן YouTube המוטמע הוא תוכן של צד שלישי ונגישותו באחריות YouTube. לא בכל סרטון יש כתוביות.
פרסומות Google, אם הופעלו בהסכמתך, הן תוכן של צד שלישי שאיננו שולטים בו.
כותרות השירים מתקבלות מ-YouTube בשפת המקור ועשויות לשלב עברית ואנגלית.
מסך המעבר מציג אנימציות וצבעים עזים. בדיקת השימוש בו עם קורא מסך טרם הושלמה. גם תגובות האורחים שצפות על מסך הבמה הן אנימציה חזותית בלבד, ללא חלופה קולית. במצב במה הבקרים נעלמים כשאין פעילות, וחוזרים בלחיצה על מקש, בתנועת עכבר או בנגיעה.
אם נתקלת בבעיה, פנה אלינו ונסייע בדרך חלופית.
5. דפדפנים וטכנולוגיות מסייעות

1. Our commitment

The Site is developed in the spirit of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and its Accessibility Adjustments for Service regulations, 5773-2013.
2. Level of accessibility
The Site is built to conform to the Israeli standard SI 5568 (Part 1: web content accessibility), which is based on WCAG, at level AA, in accordance with regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. 3. Adjustments made
Full keyboard navigation: Tab and Shift+Tab, Enter or Space to activate, arrow keys between tabs. Esc leaves Stage mode and skips the transition screen.
A "Skip to content" link at the top of the page, a heading and landmark structure, and a clear focus outline.
Labels for buttons and fields, and screen reader support. Status messages are announced, and the between-songs screen is announced once instead of every second.
The interface in Hebrew, English, Russian, Arabic and Spanish, with correct direction (right to left and left to right).
An accessibility menu (the “Accessibility” button in the header): increase and decrease text, high contrast, highlight links, readable font and stop animations. Preferences are saved in the browser.
Respect for the operating system’s "reduce motion" preference: transition animations become a gentle fade and the countdown continues. Animations can also be turned off in the Site settings.
Queue reordering by drag is also available with "up" and "down" buttons.
Confirmation and input dialogs are part of the Site and not browser pop-ups.
4. Known limitations
The embedded YouTube player is third-party content and its accessibility is YouTube’s responsibility. Not every video has captions.
Google ads, if enabled with your consent, are third-party content we do not control.
Song titles come from YouTube in their original language and may mix Hebrew and English.
The transition screen shows animations and vivid colors. Testing it with a screen reader is not yet complete. Guest reactions that float up over the stage screen are a visual animation only, with no audio alternative. In stage mode the controls fade out when there is no activity and come back on a key press, mouse movement or touch.
