2. תמצית
אין הרשמה ואין חשבון משתמש. אנחנו לא מבקשים שם, טלפון או כתובת דוא"ל כדי להשתמש באתר.
התור, הרשימות, המועדפים, ההיסטוריה וההגדרות שלך נשמרים בדפדפן שלך בלבד, ולא נשלחים אלינו. החריג היחיד: אם פתחת חדר משותף, צילום מצב של התור נשלח לשרת כדי שאורחים יראו אותו, כמפורט בסעיף 13.
החיפוש עובר דרך השרתים שלנו, ולעיתים דרך YouTube. אנחנו לא בונים פרופיל אישי על סמך חיפושים.

7. העברת מידע אל מחוץ לישראל

8. אבטחת מידע
האתר פועל ב-HTTPS, כתובות IP מגובבות לצורך הגבלת קצב, וממשק הניהול מוגן בסיסמה. אנו פועלים בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017, ומנהלים תיעוד פנימי בהתאם, לרבות נוהל אבטחה ורישום אירועי אבטחה. אין שיטת אבטחה מושלמת, ואיננו יכולים להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת.
9. שמירת מידע
נתוני האפליקציה נשמרים אצלך עד שתמחק אותם. נתוני חיבור אצל הספק וזיהוי מגובב להגבלת קצב נשמרים לפי הטבלה למעלה. פניות נשמרות כל עוד נדרש כדי לטפל בהן ולעמוד בחובה חוקית.
10. הזכויות שלך
לפי סעיפים 13 ו-14 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות אתה רשאי לעיין במידע עליך שמוחזק במאגר (בעברית, בערבית או באנגלית), ולבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע שאינו נכון. אנחנו לא מנהלים חשבונות, ואין בידינו מידע שמאפשר לזהות אותך בדרך כלל. אם תפנה אלינו נבדוק מה מוחזק על המכשיר או החדר שלך, ולכן כדאי לציין פרטים שיאפשרו איתור (למשל קוד החדר ושעת השימוש). את הנתונים שבדפדפן אפשר לייצא או למחוק בעצמך בהגדרות האתר.
אם אתה מבקר מהאיחוד האירופי או מבריטניה, זכותך גם לבקש גישה, תיקון, מחיקה, הגבלת עיבוד, ניידות מידע, להתנגד לעיבוד ולבטל הסכמה בכל עת (ביטול ההסכמה לא פוגע בחוקיות העיבוד שבוצע קודם). ניתן להגיש תלונה לרשות הגנת הפרטיות בישראל או לרשות הפיקוח במדינתך.

13. חדרים משותפים ושמות תצוגה
האתר מאפשר למארח לפתוח חדר עם קוד הצטרפות, ולאורחים להוסיף שירים מהטלפון שלהם. אורח בוחר שם תצוגה כרצונו, והשם והשירים שהוסיף נראים למארח ולשאר האורחים בחדר. אין חשבונות ואין הרשמה. מומלץ לא להזין שם מלא או מידע אישי. אורחים יכולים גם לשלוח תגובות מוכנות מראש (לב, מחיאות כפיים, אש, חגיגה) שמוצגות על מסך הבמה של המארח, והמארח יכול לחסום תגובות. כפתור "שתף בוואטספ" פותח את WhatsApp עם הודעה וקישור לחדר ביוזמת המשתמש בלבד, ואנחנו לא מקבלים מידע על השיתוף. המארח אחראי לחדר שלו.

2. Summary
There is no sign-up and no user account. We do not ask for your name, phone or email to use the Site.
Your queue, playlists, favorites, history and settings are stored in your own browser only and are not sent to us. The one exception: if you open a shared room, a snapshot of the queue is sent to our server so guests can see it, as described in section 13.
Search goes through our servers and sometimes YouTube. We do not build a personal profile from searches.
Playback uses an embedded YouTube player, so Google receives connection data when the player loads.
Google ads are shown only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time.

7. Transfers outside Israel
Our providers, including Vercel, Upstash and Google, may process information on servers outside Israel, including in the USA and Europe. In practice: the hosting provider Vercel runs the server functions, among other places in the United States (its default region); the Upstash Redis service runs in Frankfurt, Germany; and Google processes information in the United States and other countries. We rely on the providers’ data-processing agreements and contractual protections, and we send them only the information needed for the service. Visitors from the EU: transfers from the EU to Israel rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision, and transfers to providers in the United States rely on standard contractual clauses. 8. Security
The Site runs over HTTPS, IP addresses are hashed for rate limiting, and the admin interface is password protected. We act in accordance with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, and keep internal records accordingly, including a security procedure and a log of security incidents. No method is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
9. Retention
App data stays with you until you delete it. Provider connection logs and the hashed rate-limit identifier are kept as described in the table above. Messages are kept as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal duties.
10. Your rights
Under sections 13 and 14 of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law you may review information held about you in a database (in Hebrew, Arabic or English) and ask to correct or delete information that is not correct. We do not run accounts, and we do not normally hold information that lets us identify you. If you contact us we will check what is held for your device or room, so please give details that help us find it (for example the room code and the time of use). You can export or delete the data in your browser yourself in the Site settings.
If you visit from the EU or UK you may also ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing). You may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the supervisory authority in your country.

12. Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Minors should use the Site with a parent or guardian’s consent. 13. Shared rooms and display names
The Site lets a host open a room with a join code, and guests add songs from their phone. A guest chooses a display name freely, and the name and songs they add are visible to the host and the other guests in the room. There are no accounts and no sign-up. We recommend not entering a full name or personal information. Guests can also send ready-made reactions (heart, applause, fire, party) that are shown on the host’s stage screen, and the host can block reactions. The “Share on WhatsApp” button opens WhatsApp with a message and the room link, only when the user chooses to, and we receive no information about the sharing. The host is responsible for their room.

14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on this page with its update date. Material changes will be flagged on the Site.
