אנחנו מחזיקים קטלוג של קישורים וכותרות לשירים, שנבנה ממידע ציבורי של YouTube ומתעדכן ומתנקה מעת לעת. שיר עשוי להיעלם או להפסיק לפעול בכל עת.
3. אין קשר רשמי ל-YouTube או ל-Google
האתר הוא שירות עצמאי. YouTube ו-Google הם סימנים של Google LLC, והשימוש בהם מתייחס לשירות שהאתר נשען עליו בלבד. האתר משתמש בשירותי YouTube API. בשימוש באתר אתה מסכים להיות כפוף גם לתנאי השירות של YouTube ולמדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
4. כשירות

5. שימוש מותר ואסור
מותר להשתמש באתר לצורכי בידור אישי, משפחתי וחברתי בהתאם לתנאים אלה. אסור:

6. זכויות יוצרים ותוכן צד שלישי
השירים, ההקלטות, המילים והסרטונים הם של בעליהם וכפופים לזכויות יוצרים. האתר אינו מעניק לך רישיון כלשהו בהם.

11. הגבלת אחריות

1. Accepting the terms

2. The service
The Site provides an interface to search for karaoke songs, build a singer queue and play them in an embedded YouTube player, including a Stage mode and an announcement screen between songs. The videos themselves are not stored by us and are not ours; they are shown from YouTube.
We keep a catalog of links and titles, built from public YouTube information and refreshed and cleaned from time to time. A song may disappear or stop working at any time.
3. No official affiliation with YouTube or Google
The Site is an independent service. YouTube and Google are marks of Google LLC and are mentioned only to describe the service the Site relies on. The Site uses YouTube API Services. By using the Site you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Eligibility

5. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal, family and social entertainment in line with these terms. You may not:
Harm the service, its servers or their integrity, including deliberate load and bypassing rate limits or quotas.

Use names, titles or content you enter to spread offensive, threatening, racist or unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
Try to break into admin areas or systems, or harm the Site’s security.
Present the Site as your service or as YouTube’s, or remove notices of intellectual property.
Reverse engineer the Site, except where the law expressly allows it.
We may limit or block access that we believe goes beyond these terms.
6. Copyright and third-party content
Songs, recordings, lyrics and videos belong to their owners and are protected by copyright. The Site grants you no license in them.
Public performance of works, for example in a bar, a venue, a business event or a mass event, may require licenses from the relevant rights-management bodies (for example ACUM in Israel). 7. Business use and public events

11. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or absence of errors. We are not responsible for YouTube or third-party content, for videos being blocked or changed, or for YouTube discontinuing its service.
Your queue, playlists and settings are stored in your browser and may be lost (for example when browser data is cleared). We recommend exporting a backup. We are not liable for loss of data.
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, or loss of profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the Site. 12. Indemnity

17. Shared rooms
Whoever opens a room (the "host") is responsible for the room and the content shown in it. Guests join with a code and are responsible for the display name they choose and the songs they add. Offensive, misleading, threatening names or names that infringe others’ rights are not allowed.
The host may remove songs, lock the room and close it. We may limit, block or close rooms and guests that are abused, and limit the number of rooms, guests and requests. Guests can send only ready-made reactions (no free text), and the host may block reactions. The display name, songs and reactions you send are shown to the host and the other guests in the room. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display them for that purpose only, for as long as the room exists. We are not responsible for content that guests enter.
